Refunds

If the packet isn’t useful, ask for your money back within 7 days. No questions, no form to argue with, and you keep the files.

Use the refund link in your delivery email — it carries the code that identifies your order. If you can’t find the email, write to claimmathteam@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we’ll do it by hand.

What happens

  • The charge is reversed on the card you paid with.
  • It usually appears on your statement within a few business days.
  • Your packet links keep working. We don’t claw the documents back — you may still need them.
  • After 7 days this page can’t do it automatically, but write to claimmathteam@gmail.com and we will.
